I timed out a moment too soon The package was in my mailbox when I got home. It had been on the 21st or 23rd which is why I was checking whereas the email was dated Nov 11th.

Now for the really amazing news. I had a CD-ROM of a kids game that my 3 year old plays. My one and a half year old had learned how to push the eject button on our iMac and he had removed the CD-ROM and proceeded to scratch it all over. To look at it you would think impossible to fix. These were not light scratches. I used the iMac Sherlock search feature to find out about CD scratch repair and this is how I found your website and various testimonials. I also researched the CD-ROM replacement cost at $17US + Shipping. I could repurchase the CD-ROM for $35Can so the replacement idea wasn't worth it. I decided to give your product a real test and thus my impatience to try it out.

I used 4 treatments and it still looks scratched and unusable. I popped it in the computer and IT WORKS! Your product is truly amazing. I plan to train my one and a half year old not to continue as a product tester for you but it makes me feel a little more comfortable letting the kids play with CDs.
