1988 Secret Project #1 is completed. The polymers are patented. 1989 Inventor offers CD Repair Service and begins local retail test market. 1991 The "CD Repair Concept" is launched in retail packaging as "CD Magic". 1993 We changed the name to "CD 2000" CD Cleaner & Scratch Repair. 1994 Stereo Review Magazine rated CD 2000 the "BEST BET" for fixing discs. 1995 Mobile Beat Magazine says, "CD 2000 is easy to use and true to it's claim." 1996 We changed the name to CD Fix-It. Now in over 1,000 stores. 1997 We introduced our Earth-Friendly CD Softies Washable CD Cloths to replace smaller, more abrasive, lint-producing, wasteful, disposable CD wipes. 1998 Secret Project #2 is completed and we began producing our first Anti-Static Dry-Type Lens Cleaners right here in the USA! 2000 Now in over 2,000 stores. 2003 Secret Project #3 is completed and we introduced the new, nearly unbreakable, almost indestructible UltraCase Heavy-Duty Jewel Case. 2004 Now in over 4,000 stores. Research on Secret Project #4 begins.
